今季もPO逸のチームは一足先にオフへ。FAでチームを離れる先発のPivetta、リリーフのK. JansenとC. Martin、控え捕手のD. Jansen、それとOFのO'Neillの穴埋めが差し当たってそのまま補強候補ポイントに。

投手側はできれば左、野手は右というのがBreslowの考えのようです。ちなみにケガ関係で言うと、吉田が右肩手術予定で多分来季は出遅れ。Giolito、Murphyは5月以降くらい？

Whitlockはそろそろ練習に戻りそうなので開幕間に合う可能性はあるか。シャットダウンのHendriksもセットバックが無ければ。

あとは、ケガではないですが、Refsnyderは一時期引退も匂わせていましたが、25年はプレーすることになったよう。

まずはPivetta、O'NeillにQOするか、したら受けるのか、からでしょうが、FA市場はウォッチするであろう一方、ペイロールを大きく増やす感じではなさそうで、トレードも含めて考えることになりそう。

そんなところに、STLがペイロール削減方針と、Chaim Bloomの編成トップ就任を伝えています。Bloomなら勘所のあるBOSの若手を欲しがるだろうし、トレードパートナーとしてはマッチする。

C/1B/DHでWilson Contreras、SPのSonny Gray、CLのRyan HelsleyあたりはBOSの補強ポイントでもあるので、年俸負担を見返りに、少し40人枠で重なっているところとミッドタイアーの若手でトレードを狙っても良さそう。
